Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista - Disney Springs™ Area, Lake Buena Vista

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were large, comfortable, and offered an awesome view of Disney Springs, but there was a lingering smell of an old ashtray. The service, although professional and attentive at times, had its shortcomings with delays in orders and unhelpful responses to questions. The location was excellent, with easy access to Disney Springs and other attractions, yet the dining options were overpriced for what was offered. Overall, the hotel had its highlights and drawbacks, making it a somewhat average choice for accommodation.
